Florida | Naples

Perched on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its high-end shopping, world-class culture and sophisticated dining. But it's also an affordable family destination that appeals to nature lovers and beach aficionados. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are the focal points for Naples shopping in the historic downtown area, with numerous art galleries, chic clothing boutiques and home décor shops. When it comes time for lunch or drinks and dinner, enjoy your meal with a water view, whether you choose a swanky beachfront resort or a funky bayside bar.

Here’s just a few ideas of things to do whilst you’re staying in Naples…

Sun-N-Fun Water Park

Sun-N-Fun is a 6.1-acre water park located within North Collier Regional Park. Sun-N-Fun Lagoon's interactive water features include water dumping buckets, water pistols, four pools including a family pool, Tadpole pool for Children 6 and under, and Turtle Cove for kids 5 to 12. In addition there is a lap/diving pool and Sunny's River, a lazy river attraction. The main attraction of course is the water tower which takes those 48" and taller 38 feet in the air to come back down on one of five fantastic water slides. The 212-acre park also features nature trails, a gym and fitness centre.

Naples Zoo

Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden with mature botanicals and nationally accredited zoo features a full day of wildlife experiences to delight guests with the natural world to inspire the conservation of our planet's remaining wild areas and their wondrous inhabitants. New additions include a giant anteater and other wonders of South America along with cheetahs and the Giraffe Feeding Experience where you can hand-feed the world's tallest animal!

Naples Bay Cruise

Enjoy Naples Bay, see the multi-million-dollar homes of Port Royal and cruise out into the Gulf of Mexico aboard Naples' most elegant yacht the Naples Princess. A 105-foot, air-conditioned, triple level boat that is Coast Guard certified for 149 passengers. The Naples Princess offers sightseeing, lunch, sunset hors d'oeuvres and sunset dinner cruises.

Manatee tours

Take an eco-boat tour into a remote Manatee Hideout. Children help the captain steer the boat, while manatees, birds and alligators thrive in their natural habitat.
