Ice Hotel Quebec is located just a few minutes from downtown Quebec City. A wide array of winter activities including dog sledding, snowmobiling and ice fishing are available.
Accommodation
Comprised on 15,000 tons of snow and 500 tons of ice, with 4ft thick walls creating a temperature of between -2 and -5'C a stay at Ice Hotel Quebec is a unique experience. The rooms and theme suites provide guests with a mattress, furs and a sleeping bag. Washrooms, changing rooms and showers are available at the Pavilion, with further facilities at the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton.
Facilities
Rebuilt each year to the new plans of talented architects and designers, the Ice Hotel is open between January 5th and March 24th 2013 whilst the weather sustains its structure. Guests can enjoy drinks at Ice Cafe or Ice Bar or a dip in the Ice Hotel's three hot tubs in the outdoor Pavilion. Meals can be taken at the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton. Weddings can also be arranged at the Ice Chapel!
Stays include breakfast, welcome cocktail and a briefing session. A guided tour and vodka cpcktail package is also available at an additional cost.
