Guestrooms are spacious and offer the modern style and conveniences you would expect. Upgrading to a one bedroom suite has the added benefit of a living room with pull out sofa and dining table and a second bedroom.

Rooms in detail....All rooms and suites are spacious and have walkout balconies with table and chairs, offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. All include full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including full-size refrigerator,  microwave and stovetop. Rooms and suites feature Hyatt Grand Beds, 42-inch flat screen television, wired and wireless Internet access, iHome radio alarm clock, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing boards and in-room safe. Additionally, all floors in the Resort have a coin-operated washer and dryer.

Premium Guestroom: Room is 600 Sq. Ft., has either one King or two
Queen size beds and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Deluxe Guestroom: Room is 900 Sq. Ft. and has either one King or two
Queen size beds. It also features a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa and
table and chairs for dining. Room can accommodate up to 6 people.

Premium One Bedroom Suite: Suite has a separate bedroom, two
bathrooms (one with stand-alone shower and double sink) and a living
room area. It is 902 Sq. Ft. and the bedroom has either one King or two
Queen size beds, while the living room area has a Queen size pull out
sleeper sofa. It also has table and chairs for dining and can accommodate
up to 6 people.

The Hyatt is the centrepiece of the new Beach Walk project, joining the beach with covered pathways, sidewalk cafes and upscale dining. In addition to the award-winning beach, there's a landscaped pool with fountains and sundeck, full service 5,400 sq ft spa, Stay Fit gym and Camp Hyatt kids' programme.
