Spend days in the Florida sunshine by the infinity edge pool, where the ocean views take your breath away, at the adult only rooftop pool and lounge, which becomes a hip night spot by night, or at the private beach club, which is the largest in Miami. STK combines mouth watering steak with a bustling bar scene. More casual dining is offered at Pool Plaza and there's also G Cafe for a quick snack or coffee. The 45,000 sq ft David Barton Gym+Spa promises energetic workouts and unsurpassed spa experiences.

RENOVATIONS

The Perry South Beach is currently undergoing renovation to its exterior façade, including the balconies, and is expected to complete April 2013. Scaffolding is in place in areas around the perimeter of the property and there will be noise disturbances from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a possibility of work being scheduled to take place on Saturday and Sunday. The guest room balconies will be sealed off during the façade work. The hotel will have at least one pool open at all times and no food and beverage outlets will be affected.
