LOCATION

The Longboat Key Club & Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, just off the coast of Sarasota, the cultural centre of Florida with its theatres, music, art galleries and tropical gardens. It is just seven miles from Sarasota Airport.

ACCOMMODATION

The resort's 218 suites have been newly refurbished to evoke a Balinese feel. Choose from Club suites, one and two bedroom suites or Deluxe two bedroom suites, all with dramatic views of the gulf, lagoon or fairways. Every suite has a large seating area, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony and a 42" plasma television.

FACILITIES

This is Sarasota's only Four Diamond golf resort, so you can expect superb facilities. The golf courses are remarkable, there's a Golf Academy, numerous tennis courts, and year round Kids Klub offering activities designed with younger guests in mind. Water sports abound: from swimming to sailing, kayaking and deep sea fishing. You can choose to dine in the sophisticated surroundings of  Sands Pointe Restaurant, plus, you'll find casual alternatives overlooking the golf course and poolside.
