Location
Spanning over 87 acres, in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort, sits the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Two great hotels – one fabulous resort experience. The resort is located in between Epcot® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and nearby Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Magic Kingdom® Park. The two properties share 18 world-class restaurants and lounges, including steak, seafood, Italian, sushi and poolside dining venues. Accommodation
The 1,514 accommodations at Dolphin and 756 accommodations at Swan offer a fresh, contemporary décor and fabulous amenities including flat screen televisions, mini-bars and climate control. After a busy day at the parks, the appropriately named Heavenly Bed – featuring a pillow-top mattress, white goose-down comforter, 250 thread-count sheets, and five overstuffed pillows – affords a perfect night’s sleep.

Reduced rates on selected stays between April 4th and December 25th 2025, when booked by June 30th 2024. Restrictions apply.
Swan Guestroom Renovations
The hotel has undergone renovations throughout 2023, with the final phase of the guest room redesign project starting April 8th, 2024 and expected to be complete by the end of 2024. 315 guest rooms were previously renovated and upon completion of the final phase, all rooms at the Swan will have been redesigned and updated. The Swan guest room redesign features notable upgrades including new wood laminate flooring, new furniture, 65” flat screen TVs, updates to soft goods and enhancements to guest room bathrooms. Redesign work will take place daily between 9am and 5pm, when the majority of the guests are out of their rooms, and each section of rooms being worked on will be placed out of order. Additionally, the guest rooms on the floor directly below where the work is being done will also be placed out of order to minimize noise impact.
