Club Class

Club Class is the Royal Gorge Route’s newest class of service. Here, you’ll experience comfortable table seating, full-service dining and front row views of this dazzling canyon. Enjoy a fresh approach to railcar dining by ordering from the chef’s new bistro-style breakfast and lunch menus. Think fresh, Colorado ingredients, all made to order in the chef’s kitchen aboard the train. Learn more about Colorado’s most historic train route from your friendly server, who will also pick up your favorite drinks from this railroad’s fully stocked bar, including locally produced wines from the award-winning Winery at Holy Cross Abbey. From here, you’ll have direct access to the new Roosevelt Bar Car, where you can mingle, grab another drink and make your way to the open-air car where breathtaking views await.

Coach Class

Relax into comfortably cushioned high-back seats with expansive windows that showcase the pristine views throughout one of Colorado’s grandest canyons. Take in the full Royal Gorge Route experience by visiting the new Roosevelt Bar Car or Sunshine Fall. Visit the Parlor & Bar Car to order from the chef’s new bistro-style menu featuring light snacks, appetizers and other favorites like Flatbacks for breakfast and the Basil Chicken Panini for lunch. All dishes are prepared on board and many are made with fresh ingredients grown or raised in Colorado. Both of the Royal Gorge Route’s Bar Cars offer your favorite libation, microbrew, wine and other beverages – to quench your thirst and pair perfectly with your dish. Step outside on the open-air car for a fresh-air moment where the up-close-and-personal nature of this 1,000-foot deep and oh-so-narrow canyon will remind you of the awesome beauty produced by Mother Nature.

Vista Dome

Enjoy the breathtaking views from a classic glass-topped dome car and enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch prepared by the chef. Food is prepared fresh and the service is outstanding. Experience the ultimate Royal Gorge experience in our classic 1950s Dome Car. Surrounded by glass in this upper level car, the views of the Royal Gorge are truly breathtaking. You’ll be treated to some of the most breathtaking scenery in Colorado along with the ambiance and nostalgia of a bygone era, when riding in the dome car was the ultimate in railroading! All dome class passengers have a full menu of delicious food items that may be ordered while seated in the dome for both breakfast and lunch (additional charge). Full service bar available as well as a complete wine list.

Superior First Class	More often than not, this will be a superior modern hotel or an older property which is exceptionally well maintained. All offer very comfortable and well-furnished accommodation and public areas.
First Class	A dependable and comfortable hotel with standardised rooms. These are the ideal choice for travellers who don not require deluxe facilities or special services.
