Depart the UK on your chosen scheduled flight to Memphis International Airport. Upon arrival, independently make your way to the Peabody Hotel located in the heart of downtown and just a short stroll from world-famous Beale Street. This is the site of the famous March of the Peabody Ducks, where our feathered friends decend in the lift from their rooftop home to the large water fountain in the lobby. The Peabody, MemphisToday you will collect your rental car and make the journey over to one of the most musical cities in the USA – Nashville! The next four days are yours at leisure in one of the most vibrant cities in the Deep South. Known as the home of country music, explore some of the myriad of musical attractions such as the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum or the Rhyman Theatre, before sampling some live music in one of the many honky tonks on Lower Broadway, known locally as the Honky Tonk Highway. Although music plays a huge part in Nashville’s culture, there is much more to explore in the city and we recommend a visit to one of the many museums or galleries in downtown Nashville.
Over the next four days, you can also discover the spots that make Nashville the culinary destination it is today, including chef-driven restaurants and classic dining spots serving up hot chicken and barbecue.
