Discover the remote marshlands of Assateague Island and spend some time in the great outdoors on this kayaking adventure. Join a small group and depart from Chincoteague Island, paddling to the wildlife refuge of Assateague. These two islands are home to a number of animals including the wild Chincoteague ponies and dozens of bird species. You’ll see the historic 19th-century Assateague Lighthouse too. All necessary kayaking equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.
