Our California honeymoon was absolutely perfect!

Dan put together our whole California honeymoon itinerary and it was absolutely perfect! He worked with us on the different options, based on the time we had – and gave us a lot of time (and patience!) in answering our many questions and putting together different alternatives for us to consider. Everything went so smoothly. All the hotels were lovely and perfectly situated for exploring each place we visited. Thank you so much again Dan, we had the best time!

We have just completed our fifth holiday to the US with NATS and it was every bit as good as the others!  Over the years, we have done fly-drives in New England, Southern California, Pacific North-West (Washington and Oregon) and the Mid-West (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana and Kentucky), as well as spending 10 days in New York.  You definitely get the opportunity to tailor the holiday to best suit your needs and we have received excellent advice and assistance from the friendly and helpful staff, who are always willing to speak to you!  We have had many fantastic experiences on our holidays, which we wouldn’t have had without the expertise of Claire, John and Yvonne!  We are already thinking about what we can do next and are supremely confident that we will be in good hands for a sixth time!  I cannot recommend NATS highly enough – if you are booking a holiday with them, you will have a superb time!

Both myself my wife and my family have all used North America travel for our American and Canadian holidays for over 10 years. We have always found their advice to be excellent, honest and straightforward. We have dealt with Steve for each holiday we have booked whose knowledge on the best hotels to stay and places to see has been first class. We have always had straightforward, honest advice on which hotels and sites are good and what you should expect when you arrive. I cannot thank them enough for the memories we have had and the fantastic sites we have seen over the years – from Niagara Falls to the Grand Canyon to the Canadian Rockies. Unfortunately due to health reasons we have had to cancel our latest holiday on the Rocky Mountaineer, but I just wanted to say a big thank you. Their service has been first class and we have discovered beautiful places to see and stay which we would never have thought of. I would personally like to wish all of the team at North America Travel all the very best for the future and thank you all so much for the wonderful memories we now have, which are invaluable.

The places chosen for us were perfect

We have just returned from an amazing two week trip to California.  We had an absolutely wonderful time and created some precious family memories.  My initial message said we wanted to include some city, some beach and a ranch in California and from those few words, Wendy managed to create an itinerary for us which we would never have managed, no matter how much internet searching we would have done!

The places she chose for us were perfect and we could tell that she had really taken the time to care to consider our family needs.  The flights were at convenient times and she even managed to get us a great deal on the flights which meant we could all sleep soundly in Club Class on the way home.  Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy from start to finish.  She made everything so easy, responding to all messages promptly, sending over details of the trip, dropping round some tips on what to do and things to remember.  She even managed to track down my husbands’ wallet which had been left in the hire car when we returned home!

We really are so grateful to Wendy for organising this holiday for us.  We are a busy family and work often gets in the way of family life.  This holiday gave us the opportunity to connect again as a family and I really don’t think we would have been able to achieve that without Wendy’s involvement.  We will definitely be back to book our next holiday with Wendy.

We couldn’t find fault with any of the travel plans

Both myself and Shelly have enjoyed every minute of our trip to the US. We couldn’t find fault with any of the travel plans/accommodation/flights etc. The Hilton Midtown New York was perfectly located for our needs and received a room with a park view. We got to see all major landmarks within the city that we had pencilled in, just didn’t get time to take in a show. Flight and transfer to Park MGM Las Vegas were nice and easy. Vegas is absolutely fabulous. Made time to visit most of the hotels and did the usual sightseeing tours but again, didn’t get to take in a show. The Grand Canyon trip was out of this world. So glad we asked for your help on this. Then onto LA where the Marriott gave us a room upgrade. We visited Santa Monica Beach and Pier, Rodeo Drive, a tour of Beverly Hills/Hollywood (stars houses etc) and got a day to just chill out by the pool.  To summarise: very impressed with your choice of flights and hotels. We have had the best 10 days. We will be looking to book another trip to New York in the near future and will be using North America Travel Service.

We have just returned from an amazing week in America in which we visited Vegas, San Fran and LA. Wendy at North America Travel Service arranged all of our internal flights, car hire and hotels all of which were absolutely perfect for what we wanted, and all at a great price too.
