Wisconsin

Located in the Great Lakes Region of the Midwest, Wisconsin has over 15,000 lakes and thousands of miles of rivers and streams and bordered to the east by Lake Michigan, to the west by the St Croix River, and to the north, it is separated from Canada by Lake Superior.

Wisconsin’s varied countryside also includes sandstone cliffs, sandy beaches, northern forests, and rich, southern farmland and is famed for its hospitality and friendly atmosphere. It’s also known as the beer capital of the nation!

Milwaukee

Milwaukee, on the southeast shores of Lake Michigan, is the state’s largest city. Once known primarily as a beer-making town, Milwaukee today has only one major brewer – Miller. However, the “city of beer” still has numerous taverns, bars, and microbreweries. Another highlight not to be missed is the artsy Third Ward, a restored warehouse that is now a National Historic Landmark featuring terrific dining, a lively nightlife scene, art galleries, and antique shops.

Sightseeing in Wisconsin

Visit the outstanding Milwaukee County Zoo, the Midwest Express Centre and the Milwaukee Public Museum, one of the nations finest. This huge museum adds a whole new dimension to the Harley-Davidson experience, you’ll get a feel for the freedom, camaraderie, and pride that Harley-Davidson riders experience every time they fire up their motorcycles. Basketball fans can catch an NBA Bucks game and baseball fans can cheer on the Brewers at Miller Park, alternatively hop aboard one of several fun cruises on either Lake Michigan or the Milwaukee River.
