    • Carnegie Hall

It would boast scenic parks, great shopping and a wide choice of dining and be a short drive away from the contrasts of nature’s beauty. This is Pittsburgh. It is the largest island port in the US, providing access to the nation’s 9,000 mile inland waterway system. Boasting an eclectic mix of activities and interests to suit everyone, Pittsburgh is one of America’s best-kept secrets.

A steel town of old, Pittsburgh has played a major role in the American Industrial Age and was subsequently named the Iron City. Today, it is a true renaissance city, full of modern day facilities whilst readily retaining its ancestral charm.

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, a Victorian glasshouse of flora and fauna located in Schenley Park, is always in bloom. No visit is complete without a visit to the Andy Warhol Museum, one of very few museums dedicated to a single artist.

Enjoy a day at the riverfront entertainment complex of shops, nightclubs and restaurants in restored railroad warehouses at Station Square. This is one of the best locations to enjoy some spectacular views of the city's skyline and rivers.
