South Tower & Lobby Renovations
The South Tower is currently under renovation, with an expected completion of summer 2024. The South Tower guestroom renovations are expected to be finished by spring of 2024. Then renovations will be to corridors and guestroom elevators. The lobby will also be updating soft goods and the pier meeting rooms will be updated with new window coverings. Hoarding walls are being installed on each floor to minimize noise and visual disturbance. No heavy machinery is being used and construction is taking place Monday to Friday, between 08:00am and 17:00pm.
