The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale is undergoing a multi-phase renovation project throughout 2024. During the renovation period, some facilities will be closed and amenities unavailable to guests. Following the partial reopening of the pool complex in January 2024, one of the pools as well as a new poolside bar, H2Oasis, is open and available for guests’ enjoyment. Newly built cabanas made their debut in late February 2024 and the rest of the pool complex, including a new poolside restaurant will reopen in early April 2024. From early April 2024, the start of the next stage of renovations, a portion of the lobby will be relocated and Center Stage Bar will be closed. Fountain Court will undergo an extensive remodel beginning in April 2024. Spa Avania, the Stay-fit gym, and the tennis/pickleball facilities will be fully operational until July 2024 when they will close with an estimated reopening in September 2024. The last phase of renovations commences in June 2024 when all remaining restaurants and bars will undergo renovations. They are set to re-open in October 2024. This is an extensive renovation programme and although the property will remain open and do its utmost to limit disturbance, clients should expect some visual impact and noise and be prepared for limited facilities being available.
