Ice Hotel Quebec is located just a few minutes from downtown Quebec City. A wide array of winter activities, including dog sledding, snowmobiling and ice-fishing, are available.
Accommodation
Comprised of 15,000 tons of snow and 500 tons of ice, with 4 foot thick walls creating a temperature of between -2˚C and -5˚C, a stay at Ice Hotel Quebec is a unique experience. The rooms and themed suites provide guests with a mattress, furs and sleeping bag. Washrooms, changing rooms and showers are available at the Pavilion, with further facilities at the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton.
Facilities
Rebuilt each year to the new plans of talented architects and designers, Ice Hotel Quebec is generally open between January and March whilst the weather sustains its structure. Guests can enjoy drinks at Ice Café or Ice Bar, and take a dip in the Ice Hotel’s hot tubs in the outdoor Pavilion. Meals can be taken at the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton. Weddings can also be arranged at the Ice Chapel!
