You will visit seven local stops and all of the food and drink samples have a Canadian twist. Candied salmon, poutine, Nanaimo bars, a maple syrup tasting, a Caesar cocktail, and a beaver-tail are just a few dishes sampled on this truly Canadian culinary adventure.

On this tour you will learn about what makes Canadian food different, hear stories about the history of Victoria, see beautiful nature and architecture in the downtown core, and meet the new locals and businesses that make Canada thrive today.
